Arvest Bank recently did two promotions in the Twin Lakes area.
Karolyn Ziemer has been promoted to Mortgage Manager for North Central Arkansas. Ziemer joined Arvest as a Mortgage Lender in 2004 and also served as Supervisor of Mortgage Lenders. In his new role, Ziemer will lead the mortgage division of Arvest North Central Arkansas in addition to being responsible for the generation, appraisal, approval, processing, closing and management of real estate loans.
Ziemer, a graduate of Yellville-Summit, received a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a member of the Lender Advisory Board of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, the Rotary Club of Mountain Home, and the Redeemer Lutheran Church, and an affiliate member of the North Central Arkansas Board of Realtors, among various civic activities.
Malori Hicks was promoted to Mortgage Lender at Mountain Home. Hicks has eight years of industry experience, the last two of which were as a Mortgage Sales Assistant at Arvest. In his new role, Hicks will serve as a decision-making resource for clients, providing advice to find solutions tailored to their unique needs, among other responsibilities.
Hicks is originally from Norfork and now lives in Mountain Home with his two sons. She is the Treasurer of the Mountain Home Junior Auxiliary, among various civic activities.
